Shipping & Delivery

Every HWC table is built to order in our workshop in Ankara, Türkiye. Nothing is mass-produced, so please read the lead times below before you order.

Free worldwide shipping, duties included

Shipping is free on every international order. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we pay the freight, the export documentation, the import duty and the import VAT of your country.

You will not be asked for any additional payment on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

Production time

Production begins once your order is confirmed. For epoxy river tables we photograph the walnut slabs and send them for your approval before pouring, so the final look is agreed with you in advance.

Transit time

Transit begins after production is complete. Estimated door-to-door transit from Ankara:

Europe — 7–12 business days
North America — 12–20 business days
Gulf — 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and carrier backlogs can add time. We send you the tracking number as soon as the crate leaves our workshop, and we stay reachable until the table is in your home.

How your table is packed and delivered

Tabletops and legs are crated separately for transport safety. All fixings and, where required, an Allen key are shipped with the product; assembly takes one person about 15 minutes and no specialist tools.

Delivery is kerbside or ground-floor doorstep. Our carriers do not carry furniture up stairs, into apartments or into a specific room, and do not assemble or remove packaging. If you need an in-home or upper-floor delivery, contact us before ordering and we will arrange a quote.

Crates for large tables are heavy — a 200x90 cm table can exceed 80 kg gross. Please arrange for a second person to be present on the delivery day.

When your table arrives — please check it

Inspect the crate before you sign for it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's delivery document and photograph it.

Report any transport damage to contact@hwcfurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the crate and of the product. We will repair or replace the table at our cost, or refund you in full. Claims made after 48 hours may be refused by the carrier's insurance, so please do not delay.

Wrong address, refused or undeliverable shipments

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we cannot change them once the shipment has left Türkiye. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong, the recipient could not be reached after the carrier's attempts, or delivery was refused for reasons other than damage or a fault on our side, the return freight and any re-delivery cost will be charged to you.

Natural variation

Every table is made from solid wood. Grain, colour tone, knot distribution, live edge form and the shape of an epoxy river vary from piece to piece and cannot be reproduced identically. This is a property of the material, not a defect, and is not grounds for a damage claim.
