What we choose together
- Size – length, width, height, and tabletop thickness
- Wood type – walnut, oak, chestnut, elm
- Form – live edge, rectangular, oval, or round
- Edge detail – straight edge or chamfered edge
- Epoxy – color, transparency, and river width
- Leg model – wood or metal, in different forms
- Surface treatment – Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C natural oil or acrylic gloss varnish
How we proceed
- You provide us with your desired measurements and the model you have in mind.
- We share suitable wood options, pricing, and estimated delivery date.
- After your approval, we begin production.
- We share photos and videos during the production process – you can see the stage your table is in.
Production time
Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks for solid wood products and 4–6 weeks for epoxy products. This period may vary for custom sizes and designs; we will provide the exact date with the quote.
Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide, and we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — freight, export documentation, import duty and the import VAT of your country are all included in the price. You will not be asked for any additional payment on delivery. Tables are shipped with the tabletop and legs crated separately, in protective packaging. Order cancellation and returns
Items made to your own measurements or specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal — for customers in the European Union this is provided for in Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU — and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, at our cost. Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days, with the return shipping cost borne by the customer.
