- Data controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
1. Purpose of the Personal Data Protection and Consent Text and Our Company's Position as Data Controller
Our shopping website, with respect to personal data of customers, has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), and with this Personal Data Protection and Consent Text, it aims to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by our shopping website in accordance with the said Law and to obtain their explicit consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.
2. Personal Data to be Processed Based on Customers' Explicit Consent and Processing Purposes
For the situations below, where the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law are not met, the explicit consent of customers is required for our shopping website to process personal data.
3. Purpose of Processing Customers' Personal Data
Customers' personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified below and in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. Customers' personal data is processed for the following purposes:

- To ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and other legal regulations by our Company and our branches, call center, affiliated companies on behalf of our Company, or through our websites, social media pages, or any other channels, including but not limited to these,
- To provide better service to customers, offer various advantages, inform about sales, marketing, information, promotions, provide information about campaigns and conditions, conduct surveys and customer satisfaction research, facilitate and accelerate your purchases, receive and deliver your orders,
- To create campaigns for customers, cross-sell, define target audiences,
- To track customer movements to increase user experience and to improve the operation of our shopping website and mobile application and to personalize them according to customer needs, to carry out direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities, to carry out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities, market research,
- To plan and execute customer satisfaction activities and to plan and execute customer relationship management processes, including the planning and execution of sales and marketing processes of our shopping website's products and/or services, and the planning and execution of processes to create and/or increase loyalty to the products and/or services offered by our shopping website, in line with the Customer's consent and may be shared with the parties specified in this Personal Data Protection Text.

4. Transfer of Customers' Personal Data

The user's name and contact information may be shared with payment institutions for identity verification purposes in accordance with the payment institution framework agreement to be approved during the payment process and the Regulation on Measures Regarding the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism published in the Official Gazette dated January 9, 2008, and numbered 26751.
Our shopping website may transfer personal data to third parties within the country as well as abroad, provided that the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698 are met, within the scope of the purposes specified above.
5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is collected electronically from customers. Personal data collected for the legal reasons specified above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in this Personal Data Protection Text.
6. Personal Data Retention Periods
Our shopping website retains personal data for the period specified in the relevant laws and regulations, if such is stipulated.
If no period is regulated in the legislation for how long personal data should be stored, personal data is processed in accordance with our shopping website's practices and commercial life customs, in connection with the activity carried out by our shopping website while processing that data, and then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
If the purpose of processing personal data has ended; and the retention periods determined by the relevant legislation and our shopping website have also come to an end; personal data may be stored only for the purpose of constituting evidence in possible legal disputes or for the assertion of the relevant right associated with personal data or for the establishment of defense. In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to;
- learn whether personal data related to them is being processed,
- request information if their personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
- know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the operation carried out within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of the operation carried out within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- demand the compensation of damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the exercise of these rights can be submitted by personal data owners to our shopping website using the methods specified in Law No. 6698. Our shopping website will evaluate these requests and finalize them within 30 days.
Regarding the matters contained in this form, changes may occur in line with legal and technological developments.
