Production and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

All our products are custom-made to order in our workshop in Ankara. The production time for solid wood products is 3–4 weeks, and for epoxy products, it is 4–6 weeks. Products in the "Ready to Ship" category are dispatched from stock.

Is there a shipping fee?

No. Shipping is free worldwide. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so freight, import duty and the import VAT of your country are already included in the price shown at checkout — you pay nothing extra on delivery.

How is the table delivered, and does it require assembly?

Tables are shipped with the tabletop and legs separated, in protective packaging. Assembly is simple, and the necessary fasteners are included in the box.

What is the height of the table?

The standard height for all our dining and work tables is 76 cm.

I want a size not listed, is that possible?

Yes. The dimensions on the product pages are the most popular; we produce custom sizes suitable for your space. You can request a quote from the Custom Production Orders page. To choose the correct size, you can refer to the Seating and Table Size Guide.

Will the color and pattern of the wood be exactly as shown in the visual?

Our products are handmade from solid wood. The grain pattern, natural edge form, and tone vary with each tree; therefore, each piece is unique and may show slight differences from the visual.

How is the surface protected?

We use Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C application on solid wood surfaces. This application preserves the texture of the wood, provides stain resistance, and can be renewed locally if necessary.

How should it be maintained?

Wipe the surface with a damp soft cloth, then dry. Do not place hot pots/glasses directly on the surface, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Do not use abrasive or solvent-containing cleaners.

Can I return the product?

Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the return shipping cost is borne by the customer, and we tell you the exact amount before you commit. Items made to your own measurements or specifications are outside the right of withdrawal unless the product is faulty.
