How an HWC Table Is Made
Four steps from the moment you place your order until your table arrives at your home.

Dimensions and design
Select your size from the product page. If you have special size, edge profile, or leg requests, let's discuss them together before production.

Wood selection
Each slab is selected based on its grain, tone, and natural form. These natural differences give each HWC piece its unique character.

Production in the workshop
The selected wooden pieces are carefully processed in our workshop in Ankara. Solid wood products are prepared in 3–4 weeks, and epoxy products in 4–6 weeks.

Surface protection and delivery
Once the right surface protection is applied, the top and legs are crated separately for safe transport. Worldwide delivery is free and duties are paid by us.

We are HWC
We founded HWC Furniture in Ankara in 2021 as a duo: Mustafa and Safa. Today, in our 300 m² workshop, we personally handle every order from start to finish. We are also the team that answers your questions, selects the wood for your product, and prepares it for delivery.

Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
All our products are custom-made at our workshop in Ankara. Production time for solid wood products is 3–4 weeks, and for epoxy products, it is 4–6 weeks. Products in the "Ready to Ship" category are sent from stock.
Is there a shipping fee?
No. Shipping is free worldwide. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so freight, import duty and the import VAT of your country are already included in the price — you pay nothing extra on delivery.
I'd like a size that's not on the list, is that possible?
Yes. The sizes shown on the product pages are our most popular; we build custom sizes to fit your space. Request a quote on the Custom Orders page.
Will the color and pattern of the wood be as seen in the visual?
Our products are handcrafted from solid wood. The grain pattern, natural edge, and tone differ for each tree; therefore, each piece is unique and may show slight variations from the image.
Can I return the product?
Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Items made to your own measurements or specifications are outside the right of withdrawal unless the product is faulty.
