Order Process: When you place an order, our production time is approximately 3-4 weeks (Urgent orders are accepted), followed by a 7-day delivery period.

Visualization: For your complete satisfaction, we'll arrange walnut slices into a frame of your chosen size and share photos with you. This step allows you to visualize the table before proceeding further. Once we have your approval, we'll commence production.

Real-time Updates: Throughout the production process, we'll keep you engaged and excited. You'll receive regular video and photo updates showing every step of the table's creation, from pouring the epoxy resin to finishing touches and meticulous packaging.

Shipping and Completion: Once your table is completed and we've received your final approval, we'll carefully package and ship your elegant piece. Our goal is to ensure every detail meets your expectations, and we'll monitor the delivery process to ensure your table arrives safely.

Leg Options: The price includes a set of legs for your table. We offer a range of options for standard metal leg styles. If you have preferences for premium table legs, please let us know, as prices may vary.

ASSEMBLY:

• Legs will be unscrewed for shipping; simply screw them back into place upon arrival
• Prior to assembly, lay the table on a smooth surface to prevent scratches
• The sides of the table where the legs connect will be facing upward during assembly
• Align the legs with the marked positions and secure them using a cordless screwdriver or the Allen wrench provided in the package
• Once assembled, flip the table upside down for use.

RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to accept returns and cancellations, but kindly note that we can only process returns for defective items. Here are the guidelines for returns:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship the items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
• For cancellations, contact us with in it 7 days after your order date.
