Custom Order Process

1 DESIGN

   A: Which designs are you interested in? Please send a link to the product that catches your eye on our website, as there are many variations associated with the same name (material, finish, etc.).

   B: If you have custom design requests, let us know. We are happy to discuss other options. Provide pictures or examples of the design you want.

2 DIMENSIONS

   A: Provide the preferred length, width, and height for the project.

   B: Our standard table thickness is usually finished at 4.3 cm(1.7 inches) unless specified otherwise in the product description. If you prefer a thicker table top (e.g., 5-6 cm, 2 inches), this may require ordering thicker materials for your project, incurring additional costs.

3 SEATING NEEDS

   For dining table projects:

   A: How many people do you plan to seat daily?

   B: How much space do you want to provide for each person sitting at the table?

   C: What are the dimensions of your chairs? Particularly, the width of the chairs is crucial for determining the space needed for each person. Also, specify if you plan to place chairs at the ends of the table.

   D: Will you place chairs at the head and foot, or only on the sides?

   E: Consider the size of the table legs, as they may limit legroom. Does your chosen design have table legs that could restrict the envisioned seating arrangement?

4 MATERIAL

   A: Specify your material preference. Many designs on our website are made from walnut, which is commonly requested and used. We also work with a variety of other wood types such as oak, American oak, chestnut, and American walnut. Other wood types can be sourced upon request.

   Note that solid wood differs significantly from dimensional lumber, taking longer to process and incurring higher material costs. 

   B: Our standard finished table thickness is generally 4.3 cm(1.7 inches). However, you can order thicker materials up to 5-6 cm(2 inches) upon request, with prices varying.

5 WOOD FINISH 

   We offer various wood finish options. Please visit our 'Wood Finish Options' page for detailed descriptions of each option. The default finishing option we generally recommend is the Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C Pure oil, included automatically in most listings. This option is chosen with the intention of being environmentally friendly and achieving an excellent look, feel, and shine.

6 METAL FINISH

  We offer various metal paint options, all coated with highly durable baked static powder paint that requires no maintenance. If you prefer coatings such as stainless steel or Rose Gold, prices may vary.
