Please note that our products are handmade using natural materials (e.g., solid wood, walnut, oak).

• Wood Grain & Color: Due to the nature of wood, each piece is unique. The grain pattern, color tone, and texture of the product you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown on the website. These are not defects but rather the unique character of natural wood.

3. Orders and Payments

6. Returns and Refunds
